What data do I keep?
If you have signed up to my mailing list, or you are a regular client, I have your email address. I may also have your full name, mailing address and telephone number.
I keep no inside leg measurements, shopping preferences, or astrological signs. Not even your birthday, I'm afraid.
Where do I keep it?
I have your details on a local disk which is password protected. Nobody else has access.
For the purpose of sending email updates, my list is also uploaded to Mailchimp, which is a US based emailing platform.
Mailchimp is GDPR compliant, which means your data is secure.
What do I use it for?
I send occasional emails containing recent work from my portfolio. I seldom send more than one a month, and sometimes fewer.
I never pass on any of your details to any third party.
What rights do you have?
You can email me at any time on jon@holytrousers.com. I will show you any details I have on file, and will amend or remove them immediately on request.
Is this policy set in stone?
This policy was last updated on 26th June 2018. I find dealing with T´s and C´s just as boring as you do, so I will revisit them only if changes are needed. I will send out notifications if there are significant changes, but please do check this page from time to time if you want to keep up to date.
