The topic is a recent trend for French companies to look into relocating overseas to avoid tightening regulation and an increasingly zealous revenue department.
My initial idea was more of a straight Magritte pastiche, until art director Jon Ames pointed out that Magritte was Belgian. Zut, alors! He suggested frenchifying the figure in an unsubtle fashion with stripes and beret.
Cheesy, but effective.
